Tuesday-Saturday 10-6 | Full-Time Timeless Furniture is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Furniture Delivery Specialist to join our team. Our delivery team is often the last impression a customer has of Timeless Furniture , so this position is about much more than driving a truck and carrying furniture. We take pride in providing excellent service from the moment a customer walks into our showroom until their furniture is safely placed in their home. We are looking for someone who values great customer service, timeliness, careful work, and doing the job right . Responsibilities Safely drive a furniture delivery truck Load and unload sofas, sectionals, bedroom furniture, dining sets and other furniture Deliver and carefully place furniture in customers' homes Protect customers' homes and furniture from damage during delivery Assemble and set up furniture when required Arrive for deliveries on time and help keep the delivery schedule running smoothly Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers Work closely with your delivery partner and store team Keep the delivery truck clean, organized and ready for deliveries Help with furniture receiving, moving and other warehouse duties when needed What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and a good driving record — required Safe, responsible and confident driver Dependable with a strong attendance record Punctual and understands the importance of being on time to our customers delivery schedule Physically capable of safely lifting and carrying heavy furniture Friendly, professional and comfortable working inside customers' homes Takes pride in protecting merchandise and customers' property Works well as part of a team Able to problem-solve when challenges come up during deliveries Furniture delivery, moving, warehouse or similar experience is a plus What Matters to Us At Timeless Furniture, taking care of our customers matters. Customers have planned their day around their furniture delivery, and we expect our delivery team to respect their time, their home and their purchase. We're looking for someone who understands that showing up on time, having a good attitude, communicating well and treating someone's home with care are just as important as getting the furniture off the truck.
