What you'll do Drive a box truck to homes across the Greater Philadelphia area, including Philadelphia city, South Jersey, and Delaware Communicate with customers to keep them up to date with ETA's Arrive inside the delivery window we promised the customer Lead your delivery team, working together with your helper on every stop Carry in and set up each couch with care: protect floors and doorways, place pieces, attach legs, connect modular sections, and remove packaging Walk customers through their delivery, confirm everything looks right, and collect any balance due when applicable. Help in the warehouse between deliveries: Loading deliveries, staging next-day loads, receiving incoming inventory and helping to keep the warehouse tidy Keep your truck clean and report any issues right away What we're looking for Someone dependable who shows up on time and takes pride in careful work Comfortable driving a box truck on tight city streets Able to lift 75 lbs and stay on your feet all day (you'll have a helper for larger pieces) 21 or older with an acceptable driving record (we run an MVR check) Able to pass a DOT physical OR has a DOT medical card Willing to complete a background check Friendly and calm at customers' front doors Kind to fellow employees and customers alike Furniture Moving experience a plus Box Truck Driving experience a plus Schedule and pay Monday to Friday, starting at 9:00 AM and finishing around 5:00 PM. Some days can run late, and we pay time and a half for anything over 40 hours in a week. $22 to $30 per hour depending on experience Paid time off that builds with every hour you work, up to 80 hours of PTO a year Student loan/tuition repayment program available.
