We're hiring full-time Delivery Drivers from the Wilkes-Barre area to join our delivery operation based out of the Hazleton terminal , with a 10:15 AM start time . This position offers consistent full-time work, a later morning start, weekly pay, benefits, paid training, and a company-provided delivery van. Once you're trained, you'll spend much of your workday independently on the road while still having the support of an operations team behind you.

Your personal vehicle is only needed to commute to and from the Hazleton terminal. Once you report for work, we provide: Company delivery van Navigation and route technology Delivery equipment Paid training Daily operational support No CDL required.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU CLOCK IN?

You'll prepare for your assigned route at the Hazleton terminal and then head out in a company vehicle to complete residential and business deliveries throughout the region.

Your workday includes:

Safely operating a company-provided delivery van Completing an assigned daily route Delivering packages accurately and efficiently Using provided navigation and delivery technology Entering and exiting the vehicle frequently throughout the shift Organizing and handling packages Providing professional service at delivery locations Communicating with the operations team when needed Following established driving and workplace safety procedures

NO DELIVERY EXPERIENCE?

NO PROBLEM. We're willing to train dependable people. Some of our strongest candidates come from completely different industries. Warehouse workers, manufacturing employees, restaurant staff, retail associates, landscapers, construction workers, hospitality employees, transportation workers, and customer service representatives can all bring valuable experience to this position. What matters most is your reliability, safety, attitude, and willingness to learn.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license required Dependable attendance and punctuality Commitment to safe and responsible driving Comfortable working independently throughout the day Professional communication skills Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions Ability to safely lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 lbs when required

Applicants are responsible for transportation to and from the terminal. A company delivery vehicle is provided after reporting to work and is used for the assigned delivery route.
