This isn't an on-demand driving position. You'll have scheduled workdays, hourly pay, paid training, benefits, and a company-provided delivery vehicle once you report for work. Drivers hired for this position report to our Mount Joy terminal at the beginning of each scheduled shift.

Starting Pay:

$23.75 Per Hour Full-time employment 40+ hours available weekly Typical shift: 9:20 AM - 7:20 PM Overtime paid after 40 hours Weekly direct deposit payroll Paid training and onboarding Performance-based incentive opportunities

YOUR ROUTE. OUR VEHICLE.

You won't use your personal vehicle to make deliveries. Once you report to the Mount Joy terminal, we provide: Company delivery van Navigation and route technology Delivery equipment Paid training Daily operational support No CDL is required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO EACH DAY

After preparing for your route, you'll head out to complete scheduled residential and business deliveries.

Your responsibilities include:

Safely operating a company-provided delivery van Completing an assigned daily route Delivering packages accurately and efficiently Using navigation and handheld delivery technology Entering and exiting the vehicle frequently throughout the shift Organizing and handling packages Providing professional service at delivery locations Communicating with the operations team throughout the day Following established driving and workplace safety procedures

WE'RE LOOKING FOR RELIABLE PEOPLE

Previous delivery experience is helpful, but it isn't required . What matters is whether your team can depend on you.

Applicants must:

Be at least 21 years old Have a valid driver's license Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality Take safe driving seriously Be comfortable working independently Stay productive throughout the workday Communicate professionally Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Safely lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 lbs when required

IMPORTANT REPORTING LOCATION

This advertisement is recruiting applicants from York and surrounding communities . All employees hired for this position report to our Mount Joy terminal at the beginning and end of each scheduled shift. Applicants are responsible for transportation to and from the terminal. The company delivery van is provided after reporting to work and is used for the assigned delivery route.
