$15/hour + $1 per completed stop | Part-Time | Use Your Own Vehicle MOLE Express is looking for reliable and motivated Flex Delivery Drivers to support FedEx's Alternative Vehicle Program (AVP) in Zelienople, PA. This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for part-time, flexible work and the ability to earn additional money for every package stop completed. Pay $15 per hour +$1 for every completed delivery stop Weekly pay Additional earnings based on the number of stops completed What You'll Do As an AVP Flex Driver, you will use your own vehicle to deliver packages to residential and business customers.

Your responsibilities include:

Pick up packages at the designated FedEx terminal Safely load and organize packages in your vehicle Deliver packages accurately and on time Follow the assigned delivery route Use a company-provided scanner/device for deliveries Record and confirm completed deliveries Provide professional and courteous customer service Follow all safety and delivery procedures Return any required packages or equipment at the end of the route Vehicle Requirements Drivers must provide their own vehicle for deliveries.

Eligible vehicles include:

SUV Minivan Small pickup truck Pickup truck with a secure/locking bed cover Your vehicle must: Be no more than 14 years old Have current registration and insurance Be safe and reliable for delivery work Meet applicable vehicle requirements Drivers are responsible for fuel and phone/data costs used for navigation and routing. What We're Looking For Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license Reliable and dependable Safe driving history Smartphone for navigation and communication Ability to work independently Good time-management and organizational skills Customer-service oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active environment Able to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs. Background & Driving Requirements Candidates must be able to successfully complete: Background check Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check Required vehicle verification A clean driving record is preferred. Serious driving violations may affect eligibility.
