Delivery Driver — Independent Contractor (1099)

Immediately We are looking for reliable, motivated Delivery Drivers to join our team in the Austin area! This is an opportunity for independent contractors who want flexible scheduling, the ability to work as often as they choose, and the potential to earn based on the workload and effort they put in. Pay & Schedule Estimated Earnings:

$500-$2,500 per week, depending on workload and individual effort.

Operations:

7 days a week, 365 days a year. Choose how often you work based on your availability and goals. Job Responsibilities Arrive at the warehouse and sort and organize packages. Load packages safely and efficiently into your personal vehicle. Use a delivery app to navigate routes, scan packages, and complete deliveries. Deliver packages throughout the Austin area. Organize your route to maximize efficiency and manage your time effectively. Safely handle and transport packages. Work independently while maintaining a professional and positive attitude. Routes and package volumes vary. Some drivers prefer smaller routes, while others may handle 200+ packages per day. You don't need to be the fastest when you start—we value drivers who are willing to learn, improve, and develop their skills. Requirements Valid driver's license. Reliable personal vehicle. Smartphone required. Ability to safely lift and carry packages. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently. Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.
