In this role, you aren't just a driver; you are the face of our business, ensuring that local residents and businesses receive their packages safely and on time. You will begin and end your day in DuPont, Wa.

Key Responsibilities Safe Operation:

Navigate large delivery trucks (Step Vans/P1000s) and smaller delivery vans (Sprinters/Transits) through residential neighborhoods and busy commercial zones in all weather conditions.

Efficiency:

Manage a high-volume route using GPS and route-optimization software to meet time-sensitive deadlines.

Physical Activity:

Load, unload, and deliver packages weighing up to 150 lbs (using provided equipment). This is a physically demanding role involving frequent lifting, bending, and stair-climbing.

Professionalism:

Maintain a neat appearance and provide exceptional customer service during every stop.

Safety Compliance:

Perform rigorous pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and adhere to all DOT and FedEx Ground safety protocols.

Job Requirements Age:

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Licensing:

Must possess a valid Driver's License.

Driving Record:

Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) with no major violations.

Screens:

Must pass a DOT-regulated drug screening and a comprehensive criminal background check.

Preferred Qualifications Commercial Driving Experience:

At least 1 year of verifiable experience a box truck, step van, or other large commercial vehicle within the last 3 years is preferred.

Industry Knowledge:

Prior experience in high-volume delivery (e.g., Amazon, UPS, DHL) is a major plus.

Technical Savvy:

Comfort using handheld scanners, iPads, and GPS navigation systems.

Problem-Solving:
