Delivery & Spa Care Technician Great Bay Spa & Sauna - Portsmouth, NHFull-Time | Year-Round | Overtime Opportunities Available$18-$20/hour to start, depending on experience, with room for growth Great Bay Spa & Sauna has been serving New England since 1978. Many of our employees started with no experience in the hot tub industry and went on to build long-term careers with us. We're looking for a dependable, hands-on person to join our team as a Delivery & Spa Care Technician . This is a hybrid position with plenty of variety. Some days you'll work alongside our delivery team installing hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunges, and other products. Other days you'll work in our spa care program, learning water chemistry, maintaining customers' spas, and communicating directly with customers. No hot tub or water chemistry experience is required. We'll provide hands-on training. What You'll Do Delivery & Installation Assist with deliveries and installations of hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunges, and other products Help load, unload, move, and position products Prepare equipment and materials for upcoming deliveries Work safely and efficiently as part of a team Provide a professional experience while working at customers' homes Spa Care & Maintenance Learn to test, balance, and maintain spa water Clean and perform routine maintenance on customers' hot tubs Learn proper water chemistry and chemical use Identify potential problems or parts that may need service or replacement Communicate directly with customers by text and in person Provide customers with updates and recommendations about their spa As your skills develop, you'll work toward performing spa care visits independently and taking on greater responsibility. What We're Looking For Experience in the hot tub industry is not required. We're looking for someone who is: Dependable and willing to learn Comfortable with physical, hands-on work Able to follow instructions and retain training Professional and comfortable interacting with customers Comfortable working outdoors year-round Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly Comfortable working both as part of a team and independently Interested in learning technical skills and building a long-term career In possession of a valid driver's license Helpful Experience — But Not Required Any of the following would be a plus, but none are required to apply: Experience operating a forklift Experience driving a truck with a trailer Current DOT medical card Delivery or warehouse experience Landscaping, construction, maintenance, or other hands-on trade experience Mechanical or equipment repair experience Customer-facing field service experience Don't have these yet?
