Job Summary Clearwater Business Services is looking for a reliable, motivated, and organized individual for a multi-purpose position involving property management, property maintenance, and equipment/dumpster delivery. This is a hands-on position for someone who has common sense, takes initiative, can work independently, and isn't afraid to handle different responsibilities throughout the day.

Primary Responsibilities:

Property management and general property oversight Residential property maintenance and basic repairs Delivering and picking up dumpsters and equipment Safely hauling and backing trailers Inspecting and maintaining trucks, trailers, and equipment Basic vehicle and equipment maintenance Keeping properties, equipment, and work areas clean and organized Communicating professionally with customers and tenants Completing assigned jobs efficiently and correctly Identifying problems and taking initiative to address them Keeping track of deliveries, pickups, maintenance needs, and daily tasks

Requirements:

Clean and valid driver's license Experience driving while pulling trailers Must be comfortable backing and maneuvering trailers Basic vehicle and equipment maintenance knowledge General property/home maintenance experience Good customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Dependable and punctual Ability to work independently without constant supervision Good problem-solving skills and common sense Willingness to perform a variety of tasks as needed Able to perform physical work associated with property maintenance and equipment operations What We're Looking For We need a jack-of-all-trades type of person who understands that every day may be different. One day may involve delivering dumpsters and hauling a trailer, while another may involve completing maintenance at a property, checking equipment, helping a customer, or handling other operational needs. We're looking for someone who sees what needs to be done and gets it done.

Starting Pay:

$22/hour

Typical Schedule:

30-40 hours per week If you're dependable, mechanically inclined, comfortable hauling trailers, good with customers, and looking for a position with variety and responsibility, we'd like to hear from you.
