Mathu's Appliance and Power Equipment is a local, family-owned business that has been serving the community for over 40 years. We specialize in selling and servicing appliances and outdoor power equipment, offering expert advice, quality products, and reliable service. We are looking for a motivated and dependable Sales & Delivery Associate to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

This position is a hybrid position including both sales and delivery responsibilities. The amount of time devoted to these responsibilities will vary based on need. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Assist customers in selecting the right appliances and power equipment to meet their needs. Provide knowledgeable recommendations and exceptional customer service. Process sales transactions and handle basic administrative tasks. Earn commission on sales by meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Coordinate and complete deliveries of appliances and outdoor power equipment to customers. Load, transport, and install appliances as needed. Maintain a clean and organized showroom and work area. Assist with inventory management, including stocking and organizing products. Potentially work Saturdays until noon (with one weekday off per week). Support other team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to move and transport appliances and equipment safely. Strong customer service and sales skills. Dependable, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Experience in retail sales, delivery, or appliance/power equipment service is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
