FedEx Ground Delivery Driver Full-Time | Anderson, SC | Posted August 28, 2026 Compensation Annual pay: $40,000-$70,000 Additional compensation: Performance-based pay increases that may vary based on relevant experience and specialized qualifications Position Overview Join our team as a full-time FedEx Ground delivery driver in Fletcher, North Carolina. We operate six days a week, and approximately 80-90% of deliveries are residential. Key Responsibilities  Safely operate a 12-foot box truck, P700, or larger delivery vehicle.  Complete residential and other assigned deliveries accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.  Load, unload, carry, and deliver packages weighing more than 70 pounds.  Complete assigned routes while maintaining safe driving and professional service standards. Minimum Qualifications  Must be at least 21 years old.  Must hold a valid driver's license.  Must pass a Department of Transportation physical examination and drug test.  Must have verifiable commercial driving experience within the past three years.  Must be able to pass a road test in a FedEx vehicle similar to the vehicle used for this position.  Prior experience driving a 12-foot box truck, P700, or larger vehicle is required.
