About Us Make-A-Way Logistics is a Veteran-Owned Delivery Service company. We're committed to hiring trustworthy, team-oriented drivers who deliver with care, speed, and a smile. No CDL required - just a valid driver's license and a great attitude. What You'll Do Drive a delivery van to deliver 200-300 packages per day Load, unload, and deliver packages safely and on time Use handheld devices for routing and scanning Perform daily vehicle inspections Navigate stairs, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in all weather Requirements 21+ years old Valid driver's license with clean driving record Able to work 4-5 days/week, including weekends/holidays Pass a drug screening Positive attitude & team player Military or Flex experience is a plus
