H&H Delivery is an independent Contracted Service Provider for FedEx Ground. We are looking for professional, safety-minded delivery drivers to join our team out of the Fort Mill terminal. In this role, you will be the face of our business, safely navigating local routes to deliver and pick up packages. We provide the trucks, the technology, and the training—you bring the work ethic!
What You'll Do Inspect & Load:
Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and help organize packages in your delivery truck for maximum route efficiency.
Deliver safely:
Safely operate a commercial delivery vehicle (step van or box truck) in various weather and traffic conditions.
Provide great service:
Deliver a high volume of packages to residential and commercial locations with a friendly, professional attitude.
Use technology:

To qualify, you must meet the following criteria:
Age:
Must be at least 21 years old.
License:
Must hold a valid regular driver's license (CDL is not required).
Clean Driving Record:
No recent major violations, DUIs, or excessive speeding tickets.
Availability:
Full Time Schedule can be 5-6 days and includes at least one weekend day.
Physical Fitness:
Must be able to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly, and up to 150 lbs with a hand cart/dolly. This is a highly physical, active job.
Background & Drug Screen:
Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check and pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening. Experience (Preferred but not required): 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience (delivery, ride-share, moving box trucks, etc.) within the last 3 years is a major plus, but we will train the right candidate!
