Paid Overtime Key Duties & Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for safely driving a 15-20 ft commercial cargo vehicle, ensuring that all safety inspections are conducted on the company vehicle before departing on your delivery route. At the start of each shift, you will be responsible for loading your assigned delivery vehicle with packages that are presorted according to your delivery stops. Some of these packages may weigh up to 50 lbs, so it is important to utilize proper lifting techniques and ensure that the load is organized for efficient access during your route. In this physically demanding role , you will be expected to maintain an active pace while performing various tasks, including lifting packages weighing up to 50 lbs and getting in and out of the delivery van repeatedly throughout the day. Additionally, you should be prepared to work in all weather conditions, demonstrating resilience and adaptability. Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions You will be expected to support your team by actively participating in daily work requirements, which includes responding to rescue calls when fellow team members require assistance with their delivery routes. This collaborative effort is essential for ensuring that workload is balanced and that all packages are delivered on time, fostering a strong team environment where everyone contributes to each other's success.Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have valid driver's license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a 4
- Panel Drug Screening
- Must have a clean motor vehicle report .
