Compensation & Benefits:

$21.25 - $22.75 per hour + Weekly Performance Bonus $31.88 - $34.13 potential overtime rate Paid Weekly Flexible schedules: Full-time (4 days), Part-time (3 days) Paid training - experience preferred but not necessary Paid Time Off (PTO) begins accruing immediately Health insurance, medical, dental, and vision for full-time employees Education Assistance up to $5,250 per year $137.50 shoe credit upon completing training

Key Responsibilities:

Safely drive a branded delivery vehicle to make 170-200 delivery stops per day. Use a handheld device for GPS routing, package scanning, and communication. Load and unload packages that weigh up to 50 lbs. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining efficient delivery times. Operate in varying weather conditions, during daylight and evening hours.

Basic Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license. Eligible to work in the U.S. Successfully pass drug screening. Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs. Walk 5-7 miles per day and climb multiple flights of stairs when needed. Clean motor vehicle report.
