The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering flower arrangements and gift items and providing excellent customer service. This position is critical to Expressions Unlimited; the Delivery Driver is the face of the company and impacts the business by providing world-class service experience positively and compassionately. This position has shifts running Monday - Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm Saturday 7:30am-4:00 pm Sunday 11:00am-4:00 pm 30 Hours a week. (more hours possible) Weekends and holidays will shifts will apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES TO OUR CUSTOMER

Provides an exceptional customer experience that inspires repeat business. Addresses customers concerns and informs Manager immediately.

NORMAL OPERATIONS

Determines most efficient delivery routes and monitors "by" times. Follows all safe driving rules and directions on houses or buildings regarding parking, deliveries, entrances, or exits. Ensures excellent guest relations; delivers correct flower arrangements or gift items to customer, and verifies signature. Answers any questions our clients might have regarding their delivery. Turns in a trip sheet to a manager at the end of each trip. Directs customer service problems to the delivery manager. Maintains confidential customer information.

TO OUR TEAM

Ensures 100% compliance with all company policies, guidelines and procedures. Supports and assists team members on as needed basis. Maintains a neat and clean appearance at all times.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 25 years old for insurance purposes.

Maintains a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations. Prioritizes responsibilities to achieve results. Successfully work on their own for extended periods of time. Minimum two years of customer service and delivery experience. Reads/understands MAPS and follow directions. Excellent driving record that complies with insurance carrier requirements.
