T&B Southern Logistics is growing, and we're looking for

FULL-TIME & PART-TIME DELIVERY DRIVERS

to join our team delivering for FedEx Ground! If you're dependable, hardworking, professional, and ready to hit the road with a team that appreciates your efforts — we want YOU!

Starting Pay:

$180-$200 per day based on experience $500 SIGN-ON BONUS after 60 days! Opportunities for promotions & pay increases Paid weekly Easy, rural delivery routes Supportive team & growing company

WHAT TO EXPECT

We operate 6 days a week, with Sundays OFF! Routes typically begin at 8:00 AM and run until completion. Some Saturdays are required, but you'll enjoy the consistency of a set schedule and the opportunity to earn while working independently on the road.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You must: Be at least 21 years old Have excellent customer service skills Have a clean driving record Pass a DOT physical Pass a drug test Pass a background check Be reliable, responsible, and ready to work!
