Job Overview As a Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products reach customers safely and efficiently. You'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service while navigating routes and handling deliveries with care. Your responsibilities will include operating a delivery truck, managing heavy lifting, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Join us in making every delivery a positive experience for our customers! What you'll do Safely operate a delivery truck to deliver goods to various locations while adhering to all traffic regulations. Load and unload products using equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks, ensuring all items are handled with care. Maintain accurate delivery confirmations with signatures for each route driven. Provide outstanding customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries. Manage lifting and moving of packages as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury. Navigate efficiently through assigned routes, adjusting as needed for traffic or weather conditions. Basic qualifications Valid driver's license Clean driving record with a 10-year MVR Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the day. Strong driving skills with experience in route driving. Reliable, punctual, and professional Reliable transportation Must be willing and able to travel to the Savannah cross dock location for the first couple of months Preferred qualifications Previous delivery driver experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with warehouse operations and processes is a plus. Experience operating hand trucks or pallet jacks. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
