May also take orders, collect payment, or stock merchandise at point of delivery. Includes newspaper delivery drivers. Excludes gig economy drivers.

Job Description
Qualifications :
- Proficient in mobile apps (Google products, routing apps, texting). Quick learner with tech.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail (dates, rotation, placement, counts).
- Effective and friendly verbal communication.
- Punctual, dependable, and consistent.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Warm, courteous, and able to build positive rapport with store staff without being a salesperson. Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited to: Home Delivery
- Deliver home orders safely and on time.
- Keep products safe and cool until delivery.
- Place orders in customer-provided coolers as directed.
- Send a confirmation text after each delivery with required notes or photos. Retail Partners
- Deliver to retail partners on schedule and follow store-specific delivery notes.
- Load products efficiently and rotate inventory by date.
- Confirm accurate placement and product facings.
- Use a professional, friendly tone with store staff.
- Collect signature on inventory sheet and return to Oh Grate.
- Document shortages, damages, or any store issues immediately.
- Notice opportunities or concerns (low facings, out-of-stock spaces, expired items) and escalate to the Retail Partnership Manager—do not attempt to handle sales-related negotiations. Vehicle & Equipment
- Maintain the Oh Grate van (fuel, oil changes, tire checks, cleanliness).
- Ensure delivery coolers and packaging are clean and stocked.
- Notify management of any mechanical or safety issues immediately. General Support
- Assist owners and fulfillment team with tasks related to delivery, inventory, or route execution.
- Communicate clearly and proactively about delays, issues, or exceptions.
- Uphold Oh Grate's standards in every customer and store interaction.
