Lincoln Pharmacy is looking for a dependable, friendly, and customer-focused Full-Time Cashier/Delivery Driver to join our growing independent pharmacy team. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both inside the pharmacy and making local deliveries. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Operate the pharmacy cash register and process customer transactions Answer phones and assist customers with basic questions Assist with prescription pickup and customer service Prepare and organize prescription deliveries Safely and efficiently deliver prescriptions and pharmacy items to patients Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain signatures when required Assist with stocking, cleaning, organizing, and general pharmacy duties Protect patient privacy and maintain HIPAA confidentiality Communicate professionally with patients, caregivers, and pharmacy staff Perform other duties as needed to support daily pharmacy operations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Clean driving record Dependable and punctual Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to handle confidential patient information appropriately Previous pharmacy, healthcare, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and carry packages and pharmacy supplies Ability to safely enter and exit a vehicle frequently during deliveries Schedule Full-Time Schedule will be discussed during the interview and may include some evenings and/or weekends based on pharmacy needs.
