Amazon Flex seeks independent Amazon Package Delivery Drivers to support last mile delivery across the Transportation & Warehousing network. As an independent contractor, you'll use your own vehicle and the Amazon Flex app to select delivery blocks, navigate routes, and deliver packages to homes and businesses. You'll load and organize packages, follow safety and traffic rules, and provide reliable, customer obsessed service. Responsibilities Pick up and deliver Amazon packages to homes and businesses within assigned delivery blocks Use the Amazon Flex app for route navigation, delivery instructions, and proof of delivery Load, organize, and secure packages in your personal vehicle for efficient delivery Follow all safety, traffic, and parking regulations while driving and delivering Communicate clearly and professionally with customers when needed Manage time effectively to complete all deliveries within scheduled blocks Handle packages with care, including fragile and high value items Report issues, delivery exceptions, or app problems promptly through the Flex app Maintain a reliable, insured vehicle and smartphone meeting Amazon Flex requirements Adhere to Amazon Flex standards for reliability, attendance, and customer service Required Skills Route navigation using mobile apps (e.g., Amazon Flex, GPS) Safe driving and defensive driving practices Package handling and loading techniques Smartphone and mobile app proficiency Time management and route optimization Basic vehicle maintenance awareness Customer service and communication Proof of delivery and documentation using app Understanding of traffic and parking regulations Basic problem solving for delivery issues
