Job Description

Job Summary This is not a dock-to-dock delivery job. You won't be scanning boxes and handing off a pallet with a forklift. Our deliveries go to houses under construction — some job sites without finished floors, without elevators, and often without a paved driveway yet. Each day you'll be: Driving a box truck (no CDL required) within a 30-mile radius of Nashville Delivering orders that can range from a few pieces of trim work, to 20+ doors or bundles of trim (base, crown, casing) per stop Hand-carrying every item off the truck and into the house — up stairs, through unfinished rooms, around tools and material already on site. There's no pallet jack or forklift on these deliveries — if you're picturing warehouse equipment doing the heavy lifting, this isn't that job. It's you, your hands, and the item. Navigating active construction sites safely, working around other trades Handling material carefully to avoid dings, scratches, or damage to finish-grade product This is physical work. You'll be lifting, carrying, and maneuvering heavy and awkward items for most of the day, in all types of weather, on uneven and potentially muddy ground. If that sounds like a dealbreaker, this isn't the right fit — and that's okay. If you've done moving, construction labor, or warehouse work and are comfortable with that kind of day, you'll feel right at home. What We're Looking For Comfortable lifting and carrying heavy, bulky items repeatedly throughout the day Experience in moving, construction, warehouse, or similar hands-on physical work (preferred, not required) Comfortable driving a box truck in local traffic and on job site access roads Careful with material — these are finish-grade doors and trim, not boxes that shrug off a bump Reliable, on time, and able to work independently once you know a route Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Able to pass a drug screen and background check Comfortable keeping basic delivery records (paperwork and photos of completed drops) Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally during deliveries Join us in a fast-paced environment where your driving skills and physical dexterity will make a real impact! We value safety, efficiency, and excellent service — if you're ready to hit the road and support our warehouse operations with enthusiasm, we want to hear from you! Due to our company auto insurance policy requirements, applicants must be at least 25 years of age to operate company vehicles in this role.
