Responsibilities Safely load and unload materials using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and box trucks Assist with warehouse operations including moving inventory, organizing stock, and maintaining a clean work environment Operate commercial trucks, including box trucks and other delivery vehicles, in accordance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and traffic laws Deliver goods to customers using company-provided vehicles, adhering to route schedules and traffic regulations Load and secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit, ensuring safe lifting practices at all times Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after deliveries to ensure safety standards are met Communicate effectively via mobile devices to coordinate routes, delivery updates, and customer interactions Assist with route planning to optimize delivery efficiency while adhering to weight handling guidelines and safety protocols Skills Proven experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or logistics roles Valid driver's license and clean driving record Experience with delivery driving, including personal vehicle delivery or courier services Ability to perform heavy lifting safely using proper manual handling techniques Skilled in operating material handling equipment such as skid steers Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude during deliveries Comfortable using mobile devices for route navigation, communication, and documentation Ability to adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies during all driving activities Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels our success!
