Job Description:
$20.00-21.00 per hour Monday to Friday - Day shift 730am - 5pm (usually 7:30am to 7pm depending on route needs) Deliver auto parts to our customers in the Nashville area No CDL required, previous box or delivery truck experience a plus! Must be 21 years of age or greater to drive a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) with a clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). 443 Dick Buchanan St., La Vergne, TN 37086 The Delivery Driver plays a critical role in ensuring that the organization's customers receive the auto parts they need promptly and efficiently. The driver's ability to execute efficient delivery routes and make accurate and timely deliveries builds customer loyalty and contributes to the organization's reputation for reliability and excellent customer service. Additionally, the driver's adherence to safety procedures and traffic laws minimizes the risk of accidents and associated costs, which contribute to the organization's financial success. Job Overview Drive SAFELY to and from customers according to route needs Follow loading and unloading procedures and ensure that the parts are secured properly and will not be damaged during transit. Use the appropriate parts handling equipment, properly distribute the weight of the parts, and follow safety protocols.
Job Requirements:
MVRs will be run as part of the prescreening process. High school diploma or GED is required. Valid and clear driver's license 1-year minimum preferred driving experience operating a box truck and or van. Forklift Certificate preferred. Automotive experience preferred. State Level Requirements for
