Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roll Off Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating full size roll off truck to transport waste materials and containers. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed. The Roll Off Driver will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. CDL license is required. Must have reliable transportation to Greenback, Tennessee. Must be willing to work some Saturdays. Duties Operate full size roll off truck to pick up and deliver containers at various job sites. Load and unload containers, ensuring proper handling of materials. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any incidents that occur during transport. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding schedules and any issues that arise. Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies while on the road. Must have reliable transportation to Greenback, Tennessee Experience Previous experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving is preferred. CDL License is required. Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues. Proven track record of safe driving practices with a clean driving record. Experience in loading and unloading materials efficiently.
