8:00 AM No CDL Required Drivers operate out of the Murfreesboro FedEx terminal and deliver packages to local homes and businesses using company-provided step vans .

3161 Elam Farms Pkwy Murfreesboro, TN 37127 Compensation & Benefits $170 per day Additional $20 per day for weekend shifts $600 sign-on bonus for eligible weekend drivers, paid after 60 days Weekly pay by direct deposit Paid training Company-provided uniforms Company-provided vehicle GPS navigation Manager available for support while on route Vacation pay Health benefits available after 60 days Schedule 8:00 AM start time Typically 6-8 hours per day Work 2-6 days per week End time varies depending on when all assigned deliveries are completed Full-time and part-time opportunities available Weekend shifts available Driver Requirements Must be at least 21 years old F endorsement required on your driver's license unless you have a CDL Verifiable driving experience within the last 3 years Acceptable experience may include delivery driving, military driving, landscaping, route driving, or other work involving regular vehicle operation Must have an acceptable motor vehicle record and criminal background Must pass a background check Must pass a DOT medical/physical examination Must pass a drug test, including THC and CBD Drug test and DOT physical are paid for by the employer Must be physically able to repeatedly get in and out of the vehicle throughout the route Must be able to move packages weighing up to 150 lbs using a dolly Must be dependable and have strong attendance Delivery Driver Responsibilities Arrive at the terminal at the scheduled start time Load and organize packages for your route Safely operate a company-provided step van Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations Scan and properly record packages Follow assigned delivery routes and safety procedures Provide professional customer service Complete all assigned deliveries Safety, Integrity, Service, and Attendance are our top priorities.
