Full Job Description Catering Delivery Driver:

This concept is a first of its kind and will be focused around Catering, 3rd Party Deliveries, Mobile Ordering, and Innovative Delivery Methods.

Role Summary:

The Catering/Delivery Team Member position is responsible for the execution of all catering orders that are being delivered to Chick-fil-A guests across the Nashville area. This job will include preparing and assembling set ups for orders, delivering and setting up catering orders onsite for guests. Full time & Part time positions available!

Full Time Requirements:

FULL TIME-Our Catering Drivers earn a set wage of $14 an hour for full time PLUS tips.

• Make $15
• 20 an hour on average!

Able to work full time (40hours a week) anytime between 5 am to 3pm, 5 days a week Must be available on Saturdays Valid Driver's License Authorization to work in the United States Previous restaurant and/or catering experience is preferred Must have personal vehicle (we have company vehicles you will use on rotation with other delivery team members, therefore, you will be asked on occasion to use your personal vehicle for deliveries

• you will be reimbursed when using your personal vehicle) Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Part Time Requirements:

PART TIME

• Our Catering Drivers earn a set wage of $12 an hour for part time PLUS tips.
• Make $13
• 19 an hour an average!

Able to work 2-3 days a week or minimum of 15 hours a week Must be available on Saturdays Valid Drivers License Authorization to work in the United States Previous restaurant and/or catering experience is a plus! Must have personal vehicle (we have company vehicles you will use on rotation with other delivery team members, therefore, you will be asked on occasion to use your personal vehicle for deliveries

General Responsibilities:

Execute the catering order process from preparing set ups for catering orders, delivering orders and setting up orders. Communicate with guests on arrival times as well as issues if they arrive Provide top customer service for each guest Must be competent in assembling catering orders and checking orders to ensure accuracy before delivery. Required Skills:

Able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 30 lbs.
