Job Description
FedEx Delivery Driver - Hiring Now We are looking for qualified, energetic, and dependable individuals who are eager to grow with our team. As a FedEx delivery driver, you will be responsible for delivering packages to residential and commercial addresses safely, professionally, and efficiently. This is a 6-day operation , with a 7-day operation during November and December . Work hours vary depending on the driver's efficiency and daily route volume. Weekend availability is required. Drivers must be able to safely lift and handle packages weighing up to 150 lbs. Qualifications Valid driver's license — No CDL required Must be at least 21 years of age Must pass a DOT physical Must pass a drug test and background check Clean driving history No felony convictions Ability to lift and handle heavy packages Reliable, punctual, and dependable Must be a team player with a positive attitude Must be willing and able to work weekends Previous FedEx or delivery driving experience is preferred Compensation & Bonuses Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications $500 Sign-On Bonus for experienced drivers Paid after the driver successfully completes two month of employment $500 Employee Referral Bonus Refer an experienced driver who is hired and successfully completes 3 months of employment The referring employee must remain actively employed and in good standing through the new driver's 3-month completion period Referral bonus is paid after the referred driver completes the required 3 months of employment Additional Information This job is: Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED A Fair Chance job A good fit for applicants with employment gaps or who have been out of the workforce for 6 months or more Open to applicants who do not have a college degree Uniform Company-provided uniform Work Location On-site This position is not remote How to Apply Please respond with your detailed work history, previous delivery/driving experience, and contact information .
