AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical/petrochemical location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorization, issue visitor and contractor access materials, and maintain accurate access-related records. Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, facility areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding shift activity, unusual conditions, and incidents requiring follow-up.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
