Job Description
Clark Courier Service LLC is looking for responsible, hard-working and organized drivers to deliver packages to customers in the greater Austin area in a timely, reliable and efficient manner. Drivers will report to the warehouse at 3125 Capitol Wy, Belton Tx 76513 and use a company provided van to make deliveries. We operate 7 days per week Overall Description Part-time drivers may work fewer days, including weekends Should have a basic understanding of English to be able to follow along with training We're an equal opportunity employer . Benefits Drivers who work an average of 30 hours or more a week have access to: health, vision & dental benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) earned on an accrual basis 401K Tuition Reimbursement Responsibilities and Duties Deliver a wide variety of packages, 100+ per day, involving exiting and entering vehicle Packages can weigh up to 50 pounds Comply with all safety rules and policies Follow safety and quality standards on and off the road Interact in a positive and professional manner with fellow teammates, customers and the general public while delivering products to customers' homes, retail stores and business locations Exercise problem solving and trouble shooting skills for navigation, technology use and customer interaction Have good organizational skills and communications skills Follow delivery driving routes and time schedules Load, unload, prepare and operate the delivery vehicle Complete inspections of vehicle before and after scheduled route Qualifications and Skills Must be 21 years old or older Must have a valid driver license, with experience driving in all kinds of weather Allow a criminal background check Take a standard 5 panel drug test Allow a motor vehicle record check Have basic understanding of how to use electronic handheld devices to assist in deliveries We're an equal opportunity employer .
