Job Description
We are seeking reliable and motivated Independent Delivery Drivers to join our delivery team. Drivers will report to the designated warehouse each morning, receive their assigned packages, select a delivery route, and independently complete deliveries throughout the day. This is an independent contractor position, not a W-2 employee position. Drivers are responsible for using their own reliable vehicle and completing deliveries safely, efficiently, and professionally. Responsibilities Report to the warehouse every morning as scheduled. Receive packages and select an available delivery route. Organize and load packages into your vehicle. Complete deliveries accurately and efficiently. Follow all delivery instructions and route requirements. Maintain professional and courteous interactions with customers. Return any packages that cannot be successfully delivered to the warehouse at the end of the route/day. Communicate promptly regarding delivery issues, delays, or other route-related concerns. Maintain a reliable vehicle suitable for completing delivery routes. Be available to work 5 days per week. Driver Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have a valid/current driver's license. Must have valid, active auto insurance. Must have a reliable vehicle. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Must have the ability to safely lift, carry, and transport packages. Must be comfortable using a smartphone and GPS/navigation applications. Must be available to work 5 days per week.
