Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to navigate routes effectively, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety. Duties Drive a box truck or similar vehicle to deliver products to customers on scheduled routes. Operate manual transmission vehicles as needed. Load and unload goods using a pallet jack and ensure items are secured for transport. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any discrepancies. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients during deliveries. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly. Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization. Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations while driving. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience in commercial driving or courier services preferred. Familiarity with route driving and local geography is an asset. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Experience in warehouse settings is beneficial but not required. Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with moving goods. Excellent time management skills and reliability are essential for this role.
