The Role As a DOT Delivery Driver, you are the face of the brand. You will operate vehicles ranging from 14' to 18' in length, ensuring packages are delivered safely and efficiently across the Cypress area.

Key Responsibilities:

Safe Operation:

Navigate routes safely while adhering to all local, state, and DOT regulations.

Precision Logistics:

Successfully deliver/pickup packages on time using company-provided scanning technology and GPS.

Physical Performance:

Handle a physically demanding workload, including lifting packages up to 150 lbs and frequent entries/exits from the vehicle in all weather conditions.

Vehicle Care:

Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections to maintain fleet integrity.

Team Collaboration:

Support fellow drivers through "rescue calls" when needed to ensure the entire team succeeds daily. Requirements (Must Meet All to Apply)

Experience:

At least 1 year of commercial driving experience within the last 3 years (this can include delivery, ride-share, or other work-related driving).

Age:

Must be at least 21 years old.

Documentation:

Valid Driver's License and Social Security Card; authorized to work in the U.S.

Compliance:

Must pass a 5-Panel Drug Screening and a DOT Physical .

Driving Record:

Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Skills:

Strong communication skills and the ability to use a smartphone for navigation and administrative tasks (clocking in/out).

Schedule & Benefits Hours:

Start time is 8:00 AM ; shift ends when all deliveries/pickups are complete.

Work Week:

5-day standard work week (Operation runs 7 days/week; weekend shifts are shared). An optional 6th day is available for those seeking extra pay.

Equipment Provided:

Well-maintained delivery vehicle, fuel, handheld scanners, and uniforms.
