Position Overview We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role combines customer-facing delivery responsibilities with warehouse operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and taking pride in excellent service. Responsibilities Safely load, transport, and deliver specialty coffee supplies and restaurant paper goods to customers. Pick and prepare customer orders from warehouse inventory with a high degree of accuracy. Organize and secure products in delivery vehicles to ensure safe transportation. Provide outstanding customer service during deliveries and represent TSB professionally. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained delivery vehicle. Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers regarding delivery schedules and updates. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications Self-disciplined, dependable, and motivated to improve every day. Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Delivery driving experience is preferred but not required. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
