Schedule:
Event-based, primarily evenings and weekends Cookie Dough Bliss & Creamery is looking for dependable part-time drivers to transport and set up our mobile dessert trailer at local events throughout the Bryan-College Station area. This is a great opportunity for a college student looking for flexible, event-based work. Most events are located within 15 miles of our College Station store. What You'll Do Pick up the trailer from our College Station store Tow it safely to the event location Park, position, and complete the basic trailer setup Return after the event to pick up the trailer Tow the trailer back to the store and park it in its designated location Communicate promptly about scheduling, delays, or concerns Complete a quick condition check before and after each event Pay The position pays a flat rate of $50 per local event. This rate covers both portions of the assignment: Taking the trailer to the event and setting it up Returning after the event and bringing it back to the store Events located more than 15 miles from the store will be discussed and paid separately. Requirements Valid driver's license Current auto insurance Safe and dependable driving record Reliable vehicle with the proper towing capacity and equipment Comfortable towing, backing, parking, and maneuvering a small trailer Previous trailer-towing experience preferred Available for some evening and weekend events Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed The trailer is small and can be towed by a properly equipped midsize SUV. Applicants are responsible for confirming that their vehicle is safely rated and equipped to tow it.
