This position helps ensure technicians have the correct parts when needed so repair orders can be completed efficiently and on schedule. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Pull parts from inventory based on technician and repair-order requests. Verify part numbers, descriptions, quantities, and applications before delivery. Deliver parts promptly to technicians and designated service areas. Organize and stage parts for upcoming repairs. Communicate with Parts Advisors and Technicians regarding parts availability or discrepancies. Return unused or incorrect parts to the Parts Department and update inventory as required. Maintain an organized and clean parts staging and delivery area. Assist with receiving, stocking, labeling, and organizing incoming parts. Safely handle automotive parts, including heavy or bulky items when required. Follow dealership safety procedures and maintain a professional work environment. Assist the Parts Department with other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous automotive dealership or parts experience preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of automotive parts is a plus. Ability to accurately match parts to repair orders. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple requests. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to safely lift and move automotive parts. Valid driver's license if parts delivery outside the dealership is required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry automotive parts and supplies. Ability to safely operate carts, dollies, and other material-handling equipment. Ability to work in a service-department environment with exposure to noise, vehicles, and varying temperatures.
