Drivers report to the Frisco terminal each morning to provide delivery and pick-up services in Frisco, Little Elm & Oak Point. We're looking for drivers who are dependable, possess a strong work ethic & not afraid of hard work! Efficiently organize, load, and secure packages on the truck prior to dispatch Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation of vehicles Operate commercial vehicles (up to 26' vehicles) safely and in strict accordance with DOT regulations, traffic laws and other safety standards (i.e. DOT service hours, the need for pre/post-trip inspections, importance of seat belts, etc.) Ensure all scheduled pick-ups and deliveries are met within their designated time windows and provide real-time updates Ensure accurate delivery by verifying recipient information and obtaining signatures when required Maintain strict adherence to package scanning and delivery code integrity while providing exceptional service to customers Comfortable with heavy lifting for loading/unloading packages; able to handle weight safely in the workplace all while performing tasks efficiently Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine safety checks, and report any mechanical issues promptly Use mobile devices to navigate routes efficiently, update delivery statuses, and communicate with dispatch Possess professional and consistent customer service skills Possess a strong work ethic and meet strict attendance guidelines
