Job Description
We are looking for reliable and motivated Part-Time Independent Delivery Drivers (1099 Contractors) to join our growing team. Drivers will use their own vehicle to deliver small packages from our distribution hub in Hutto, TX 78634 to residential and commercial customers throughout the Greater Austin area. Responsibilities Pick up assigned packages from our Hutto distribution hub Deliver small packages safely and on time Complete daily delivery routes efficiently Scan packages and provide proof of delivery using the company delivery app Follow all delivery procedures and customer instructions Maintain professional and courteous customer service Report delivery issues or exceptions promptly Service Area Routes may include: Austin South Austin Southwest Austin Southeast Austin Kyle Buda San Marcos Martindale Maxwell Surrounding Central Texas communities Requirements Valid Texas driver's license Reliable personal vehicle ( sedan, SUV, or minivan ). SUVs and minivans are preferred due to higher package capacity. Valid auto insurance Smartphone with reliable data service Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 20 lbs Excellent time management and organizational skills Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious Delivery experience is preferred but not required Compensation Paid per delivered package (1099 independent contractor position) Top drivers typically earn the equivalent of $20+/hour , depending on delivery speed, route efficiency, and package volume Weekly pay Consistent routes and steady package volume Flexible scheduling Schedule Part-time only Day shifts Weekend availability is a plus Pickup Location Hutto, TX 78634
