- Deliver party rental equipment safely and efficiently to client locations, ensuring timely arrival and setup.
- Load, unload, and set up rental items such as tents, tables, chairs, linens, and other event equipment according to client specifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client questions and concerns during deliveries and pickups.
- Inspect and maintain vehicles and rental equipment to ensure everything is clean, operational, and presentable.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking equipment and reporting damages or discrepancies.
- Complete required paperwork and electronic records for deliveries, pickups, and sales transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event operations and quality service.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid TEXAS drivers license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONE SATURDAY A MONTH FROM 8AM-12PM.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in delivery, sales, or event setup preferred but not required.
- Flexible schedule required/ability to work overtime.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
