We are a well-established and growing equipment rental company specializing in bounce houses, inflatable water slides, tents, tables, chairs, and party essentials. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Equipment Delivery & Setup Technician . Job Responsibilities:

Safely load and unload rental equipment Deliver equipment to homes, schools, churches, and businesses throughout the RGV Set up bounce houses, water slides, tents, tables, chairs, and other rental items Ensure equipment is properly secured and safe for customer use Communicate clearly with customers regarding the proper use of rental items, safety procedures, event guidelines, and important details about their order Answer customer questions professionally and represent the company positively Break down and pick up equipment after events Clean and sanitize equipment Communicate clearly with office staff regarding orders and schedules

Requirements:

Valid Texas Driver's License (clean driving record preferred) Must be able to maneuver and lift heavy equipment and items (75+ lbs) regularly Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability Good communication and customer service skills Weekend availability required (Friday-Sunday is our busiest time) but must have an open availability. Experience in delivery, construction, or equipment rental is a plus

What We Offer:

Competitive pay (based on experience) starting at $10, then goes to $12 after 30 work days of 8 hours miminum worked per day. Inventive pay also available after 90 days.
