Job Description
What You'll Do Pick up pizzas and orders from the store and deliver them to customers in a safe, professional, and timely manner Represent Marco's Pizza with a friendly, courteous attitude; provide excellent customer service on every delivery. Occasionally assist with in-store duties when not delivering (e.g. folding boxes, cleaning, prepping ect) as needed Ensure order accuracy before leaving the store, and handle cash or card transactions securely (when required) Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Must have a valid driver's license with at least 2 years driving history. Must have a reliable vehicle that is properly maintained and meets state safety standards. Must carry auto insurance — with you listed as an insured driver on the policy — and be able to provide proof (insurance card or policy). Clean driving record (no disqualifying violations). Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Good communication and customer-service skills, friendly & professional demeanor Ability to lift and carry up to ~50 lbs Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay + tips. Many drivers make $10-$15/hr (or more with tips and reimbursement) depending on location and shift.
