+ Delivery Reimbursement About the Role Marco's Pizza is looking for an energetic, reliable team member to join us as an Insider/Delivery Driver Hybrid . This role splits time between making our famous pizzas in the kitchen and delivering hot, fresh orders to customers' doors. If you like variety in your workday and enjoy both teamwork in the store and independence on the road, this is the job for you! What You'll Do In-Store (Insider)

Duties:

Prepare dough, sauce, toppings, and assemble pizzas to Marco's quality standards Operate the oven and kitchen equipment safely Take phone and in-person orders Keep prep areas, equipment, and dining area clean and sanitized Restock ingredients and supplies during shifts Work as part of a fast-paced team to hit order times

Delivery Duties:

Deliver orders promptly and safely to customer locations Handle cash and card transactions accurately Provide friendly, professional customer service at the door Use GPS/delivery app to plan efficient routes Report any vehicle or delivery issues to management What We're Looking For Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable vehicle with current insurance Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus tips Delivery reimbursement for deliveries Flexible scheduling Employee discounts on food Opportunities for advancement A fun, team-oriented work environment Marco's Pizza is an equal opportunity employer.
