This position is responsible for safely transporting materials, parts, tools, and equipment to and from job sites, assisting with warehouse preparation and organization, and supporting field employees as needed to help ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Duties & Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles to pick up and deliver materials, parts, tools, and equipment to job sites and company locations. Load, unload, stage, and organize materials in the warehouse and on vehicles to support scheduled work. Deliver parts and materials to technicians and field employees in a timely and accurate manner. Assist with receiving, handling, storing, and preparing materials for upcoming jobs. Maintain communication with warehouse, service, and field teams regarding delivery needs, job site priorities, and material status. Follow company safety procedures when operating vehicles, handling materials, and working in warehouse or job site environments. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and vehicle work area. Perform other related duties as assigned. Education & Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent Less than 1 year prior delivery, warehouse, material handling, or construction/HVAC/plumbing support experence. Requires a valid driver's license and clean or acceptable driving record, with any additional license requirements based on state or vehicle type. Safe and dependable driving skills. Ability to follow delivery instructions, work orders, and job site directions. Ability to load, unload, secure, and transport materials, tools, and equipment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy with deliveries and materials. Basic warehouse, inventory, and material handling skills. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage time, prioritize deliveries, and adjust to changing needs. Ability to follow company safety procedures. Basic ability to use a phone, GPS, email, or other company-provided tools. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This job operates in a warehouse, vehicle, and field/job site environment. The employee may be exposed to varying weather conditions, active job sites, warehouse equipment, moving vehicles, and materials commonly used in HVAC and Plumbing operations. The employee must be able to work safely in these environments and follow all company safety procedures.
