We make and deliver products with lasting value, and we take pride in doing it well. About the Role Our drivers are the face of Altus to the stores we serve. You'll deliver our products along the Wasatch Front (Ogden to Santaquin), restock and organize our displays, and build good relationships with store staff. This is a self-managed role, so you'll plan your day and get the job done with minimal supervision. What You'll Do Deliver on time. Drive assigned routes in our Ford Transit 350 (tall/long cargo van) and keep to the delivery schedule. Stock and merchandise displays. Restock shelves to match our display layout (planogram), adjusting as needed for each store. Be accurate. Pull orders from the van, count product carefully, receive it into the store, and complete the paperwork. Handle product with care. Load, secure, carry, and stack framed art and other products safely. Process returns. Collect excess or damaged product and document it correctly. Communicate. Use your smartphone to stay in touch with stores and our team, report store issues, and suggest solutions. Schedule 1-2 days per week, about 8-16 hours Routes usually run 7 am to 2-3 pm; availability until 4 pm is needed for traffic or longer days Choose from Mon, Tue, Thu, and Fri; shifts are scheduled 1-2 weeks in advance Requirements Clean driving record (no CDL required); must be 21+ for insurance Experience driving larger vehicles such as cargo vans or box trucks Able to lift 25-30 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift A working smartphone and comfort using a phone, iPad, mobile printer, and barcode scanner Strong attention to detail and accurate counting Training We'll train you on everything specific to the job.
