About the role Our Managed Print Services (MPS) customer service specialists provide attentive hands-on service to our print customers. The specialist will visit customer locations throughout Utah County and surrounding areas to provide cleaning of office equipment (copiers, fax machines, scanners, printers), assist customers in setting up supply stocks (toner, paper, staples), gathering information from equipment to be used for billing, and provide face to face support and care for our customers. You will interact with many different people every day and are the face of our company. Therefore, it is extremely important that our customer service specialists have a very professional appearance with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. No experience is necessary in this field to apply for this position as we provide complete training. We are confident our training program will prepare you for a long and successful career. Our customer service staff is well respected throughout the United States for our professionalism, knowledge, and experience. What you'll do Provide hands-on, in-person customer service to Managed Print Services (MPS) clients. Travel to customer locations throughout Utah County and surrounding areas. Clean and maintain office equipment, including copiers, fax machines, scanners, and printers. Assist customers with organizing and managing supply stock such as toner, paper, and staples. Gather equipment data used for billing and service reporting. Offer face‑to‑face support, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience. Represent the company with professionalism, excellent communication, and strong interpersonal skills. Participate in comprehensive training to develop expertise in MPS support—no prior experience required. Qualifications Candidate must be over the age of 18 Candidate must have the legal right to be employed in the United States Current, valid driver's license Dependable transportation A personal vehicle will be used as part of this job. You will receive a mileage reimbursement to cover fuel and wear and tear on your vehicle. Professional appearance Basic Computer Skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
