Bilbro Express has been a FedEx Ground contractor for more than 20 years, and we're adding Seasonal Delivery Drivers to our team for the 2026 holiday season. Whether you're looking for full-time seasonal work or already work during the week and want a weekend-only opportunity to earn extra money , we have options available. Our delivery routes primarily serve Sandy, Draper, and Cottonwood Heights , with all drivers starting and ending their day at the FedEx Terminal in Magna, Utah. Choose the Schedule That Fits You Full-Time Seasonal Looking to work full-time during Peak Season? We have multiple paid training groups beginning: November 2, November 9, or November 16 Training is Monday-Friday , and your start date will be assigned based on your availability and which training group fills first. After training, you'll move into your regular assigned schedule. Full-time drivers are required to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) as part of their regular schedule. Weekend assignments are determined based on staffing and route needs. Weekend-Only Seasonal Already have a Monday-Friday job but want to make some extra money for the holidays? This could be a great fit. Weekend-only drivers work a minimum of 2 days per week — Saturday AND Sunday — throughout Peak Season. Even better, you do not need to take time off during the week for training. Paid weekend training begins Saturday, November 7 and Sunday, November 8 , with additional training completed on weekends. Pay Guaranteed daily minimum starting at $160 per day , with additional earning potential based on productivity. Training is paid for both full-time and weekend-only seasonal employees. Peak Season Commitment This is a temporary seasonal position running through December 31, 2026 . Peak Season is our busiest time of year, so we're looking for people who can commit to their assigned schedule and be dependable and ready to work throughout the holiday season. What Your Day Looks Like You'll start your day at the FedEx Terminal in Magna, prepare your vehicle and route, and head out to your assigned delivery area. You'll spend most of your day working independently while delivering and picking up packages from homes and businesses. This is an active, fast-paced job. You'll be getting in and out of your vehicle throughout the day, lifting and moving packages, navigating your route, interacting with customers, and keeping your deliveries organized. Once your route is complete, you'll return to the terminal and you're done for the day. What We're Looking For To qualify for this position, you must: Be at least 21 years old Have a valid driver's license Have no felony convictions Have no DUI within the last 2 years Meet FedEx background eligibility requirements Pass a DOT physical and drug screening, including marijuana Have reliable transportation to and from the FedEx Terminal in Magna Be physically able to lift packages weighing up to 100 lbs. Be dependable, organized, safety-minded, and comfortable working independently Be available for the required paid training associated with your selected schedule Be available to work your assigned schedule throughout Peak Season Want to Stay After Peak?
