A Sales Delivery Driver drives a truck or other vehicle over established routes or within an established territory and sells or delivers goods, such as food products, including restaurant take-out items, or pick up or deliver items such as commercial laundry. May also take orders, collect payment, or stock merchandise at point of delivery. Includes newspaper delivery drivers. Excludes gig economy drivers.

Job Description
Delivery Driver Duties:
- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers
- Load and unload packages
- Follow assigned routes and schedules for timely deliveries
- Verify the accuracy of orders before delivery
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring prompt and professional interactions with customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
Experience:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience driving delivery vehicles preferred
- Previous experience as a courier or delivery driver is a plus
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order verification
- Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines Background check and preemployment drug screen is required
