WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE HIRING EVENT

This is your opportunity to: Meet our hiring team Learn about our available schedules and driver positions Ask questions about the job, pay, training, and a typical workday Complete an in-person interview Potentially move forward in the hiring process quickly THE JOB As a FedEx Delivery Driver, you'll spend your day on the road delivering and picking up packages along an assigned route.

You'll:

Safely operate a FedEx delivery vehicle Deliver and pick up packages along your route Load and organize packages Use a scanner and navigation tools throughout the day Provide friendly, professional service to customers Work independently while staying connected with our team

SCHEDULE & HOURS

Routes begin at approximately 8:00 AM and your workday ends when your route is complete. Most routes are completed in 8 hours or less , although route length can vary depending on package volume, route conditions, weather, and the time of year.

Full-Time:

Full-time drivers work a consistent schedule and must be available to work at least one weekend day — Saturday or Sunday.

Part-Time:

Part-time drivers must be available either: Saturday AND Sunday, or A minimum of 3 days per week, including

Saturday or Sunday Seasonal:

Full-Time and Part-Time seasonal opportunities are also available during our busy season, with the possibility of continued employment based on staffing needs and performance.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Candidates must: Be at least 21 years old Have a valid driver's license Have a good driving record Be able to pass required background and DOT screening requirements Be able to obtain/maintain required DOT medical certification Be comfortable driving delivery vehicles, including a 16-ft step van Be dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment Be able to commute to the FedEx terminal in Magna, Utah Previous FedEx, Amazon, UPS, courier, or professional delivery experience is a plus, but previous delivery experience is NOT required. Training is provided.

Bilbro Express Recruiting Team Pay:

$160.00 - $185.00 per day
