Sherwin-Williams is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver II to support our Transportation & Logistics team. In this role, you'll safely load, transport, and unload paint, coatings, and related products to commercial, industrial, and retail customers while providing professional, courteous service. You'll verify orders, maintain delivery logs, and perform basic vehicle inspections. When not on the road, you'll assist with warehouse tasks such as stocking, order picking, and inventory. Responsibilities Safely operate company delivery vehicles to transport paint and related products Load, secure, and unload products to prevent damage and ensure accurate deliveries Verify delivery documents, obtain signatures, and maintain accurate route logs Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs Provide professional, courteous customer service at delivery locations Follow all DOT, safety, and company policies and procedures Assist in warehouse operations including stocking, order picking, and staging Handle materials using pallet jacks, dollies, or forklifts as required Communicate delivery issues or delays to supervisors promptly Support a culture of safety, diversity, and collaboration in daily work Required Skills Safe commercial driving Route planning and navigation Vehicle inspection and basic maintenance checks Loading and unloading procedures Forklift and pallet jack operation Knowledge of DOT and safety regulations Inventory handling and documentation Customer service and communication Time management and punctuality Basic handheld device or scanner use
