Lucky Day Logistics Pay:
$23.00 per hour We are hiring Seasonal Delivery Associates for our 2026 PEAK season! This is a seasonal position beginning in October 2026 and ending January 15, 2027. Exceptional performance and continued adherence to our safety, attendance, and performance standards may lead to opportunities for permanent employment following the seasonal period, based on business needs. Lucky Day Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) owned and operated by a retired United States Marine Corps aviator and TopGun graduate. As an independent DSP, Lucky Day Logistics employs Delivery Associates who deliver Amazon packages to customers throughout the Salt Lake Valley. Our high-performing team is looking for dedicated, dependable, and safety-focused individuals to join us as Seasonal Delivery Associates and help us deliver packages to our community during Amazon's busiest season. This position operates out of the Amazon delivery station in West Jordan, Utah, with delivery routes throughout the Salt Lake Valley. What You'll Do As a Seasonal Delivery Associate, you will: Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle Deliver Amazon packages to homes, businesses, and other delivery locations Use Amazon delivery technology and navigation tools throughout your route Load, organize, and deliver packages safely and efficiently Get in and out of the delivery vehicle throughout your shift Walk, climb stairs, bend, reach, and perform other physical activities associated with package delivery Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Follow all applicable Lucky Day Logistics and Amazon safety and delivery procedures Provide professional and courteous service to customers Delivery Associate Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Must have a valid driver's license No CDL required Must successfully complete all required pre-employment and Amazon DSP onboarding requirements Must successfully complete required background screening Must complete all required Amazon Delivery Associate training before performing delivery services Must be able to safely operate and navigate a delivery vehicle Must be able to lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position throughout the workday Must be able to work a schedule that may include weekends and peak-season dates Must maintain acceptable attendance, safety, and performance standards Seasonal Employment This position is seasonal and is expected to run from October 2026 through January 15, 2027. Seasonal employment does not guarantee permanent employment. Based on business needs, performance, attendance, and adherence to safety standards, eligible Seasonal Delivery Associates may be considered for continued employment after the seasonal period. Team members who are offered and accept an eligible permanent position may become eligible for company benefits in accordance with Lucky Day Logistics' applicable benefit plans and eligibility requirements.
